Yesterday I stocked up on ingredients, prepped, and packaged an entire freezer full of delicious dinners! Over the years, I've experimented with different weeknight meal plans, have tried services like Dinner by Design, and now make my own freezer meals. Doing so keeps our family fed with healthy meals, without losing my mind!!! Those freezer meals look awesome! We did that before our second baby was born, and it was so helpful. I keep thinking about doing it again, but just haven't done it!
I just washed our sheets and was thinking the SAME thing! It was so nice to sleep in a fresh clean bed last night!

I totally agree--thinking about/planning and "just doing it" is the toughest part of make-ahead meal prep. Last year I relied on Dinner by Design alot b/c I wanted to make sure I had something in the freezer when we needed it. This summer I got in the habit of making my own and (this is totally DORKY) actually LOOK FORWARD to it now (shhhhh, don't tell anyone-HA!). I just saw you share a mutual love of mason jar salads. YUM. Seeing yours makes me want to prep some right now! Enjoy your clean sheets...I know I will!

Great post! I would LOVE more details about your freezer meals. I'm always so tired and unmotivated to eat healthy (or at all) after work.

I HEAR YA, sista! I think we all feel the same way (unless someone is Super Woman), and that's exactly why I started doing this! I'm working up a 2 part post with more details. 1) Would include tips, tricks, and my experience with freezer meal prep 2) Ingredients I can't live without and maybe recipes?? (....still working on it). I've started some prep for posts on LUNCH make-ahead tips, too....stay tuned.
